IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING THE PATIENT PROTECTION AND AFFORDABLE CARE ACT (PPACA):

This insurance does not comply with the benefits mandated by the PPACA. Since January 1, 2014, the PPACA has required U.S. citizens, nationals, and certain residents to obtain health insurance coverage that meets PPACA standards unless they qualify for an exemption. Individuals who are required to maintain PPACA-compliant coverage but fail to do so may face penalties.

 Eligibility to purchase, extend, or renew this product and its terms and conditions may be subject to modifications based on changes in applicable laws, including the PPACA.

It is the sole responsibility of the insured person to understand the insurance requirements that apply to them. The Company and TransPacific are not liable for any penalties incurred for failing to obtain coverage required by any applicable law, including the PPACA.
